Flas CRM vs HubSpot for WhatsApp-led sales teams

Compare Flas CRM with HubSpot's WhatsApp integration, including CRM fit, subscription scope and the cost of changing an established workflow.

If your sales team already keeps reliable customer records in HubSpot, replacing that system to improve WhatsApp could create more work than it removes. If the team mainly sells through chat and has no established CRM, the calculation is different. Flas CRM and HubSpot should be compared from those starting points.

This comparison is published by the team behind Flas CRM. Competitor capabilities were checked against their own public documentation in September 2026, and we do not quote competitor pricing here because it changes and varies by region โ€” ask each vendor for a dated proposal. The recommendations below are evaluation criteria, not results from a head-to-head benchmark.

This is a Flas CRM vendor comparison. We reviewed HubSpot's linked official page on 8 September 2026; subscription requirements can change. We are describing product scope and a trial method, not reporting independent benchmark results.

HubSpot has a documented WhatsApp integration

HubSpot describes shared-inbox messaging, conversation history and automated WhatsApp messages within its CRM. Its integration page states that Professional or Enterprise versions of Marketing Hub or Service Hub are required. Verify eligibility for your account directly in HubSpot's WhatsApp integration overview. It would be inaccurate to suggest HubSpot cannot handle WhatsApp.

Flas CRM offers shared WhatsApp messaging alongside lead capture, a contact pipeline, quotations and invoices. Check current Flas plan terms and the feature list. Its fit is strongest to investigate when a compact sales team wants these everyday tasks together and is still deciding how to organise its records.

Compare from your current system, not from zero

An established HubSpot customer should list the reports, forms, workflows and records that other teams rely on. A replacement must account for those dependencies. Saving on one subscription does not help if marketing loses attribution or sales managers rebuild their reporting by hand.

A business starting from personal phones and spreadsheets has fewer dependencies. It can put more weight on onboarding, lead ownership and whether staff can issue a quotation without asking another person to re-enter the customer details.

Starting positionFirst question to answer
HubSpot is already the customer recordWill enabling the existing integration solve the actual gap?
No CRM is consistently usedWhich system can the team keep accurate every day?
Several departments share reportsWhat would need to be rebuilt or reconnected?
One team manages enquiry to invoiceCan that sequence work comfortably in a single workspace?

A practical demonstration to request

Bring an anonymised enquiry, a quotation revision and a customer who returns after several weeks. Ask the agent to recover context, assign the opportunity and identify what should happen next. Then ask a manager to inspect the record without receiving a verbal explanation.

Keep a separate list of required integrations. Do not assume Flas is a drop-in replacement for a larger CRM deployment or that matching module names imply matching depth. A successful demonstration should make the limits visible as well as the strengths.

Count switching effort as part of the price

Include data cleanup, staff training, number migration planning and the cost of running two systems during transition. For a team with an existing CRM, these can determine the decision more than a monthly headline price.

Use the total cost worksheet and migration checklist. If HubSpot already does most of the job well, test its integration first. If you are building a simpler WhatsApp-led operation from the ground up, put Flas through the same complete sales scenario.
